Patients may reschedule or cancel scheduled in-person or video consultations up to two (2) hours prior to the reserved time slot free of charge through their Patient Dashboard or by calling +91 1800 474 2273.
For pre-paid appointments cancelled within the eligible window, 100% of the consultation fee in Indian Rupees (Rs.) is refunded directly to the original payment source (UPI VPA, Credit/Debit Card, or NetBanking account) within 24 to 48 banking hours.
Appointments booked under the "Pay at Counter" option carry zero upfront charges and can be rescheduled without penalty.
